Seated Acupressure - 20 Mins
Acupressure relieves tension in the muscles as well as soothing aches and pains. It helps with low mood and anxiety. It also has an energising effect on the mind and body.
The massage takes place fully clothed on a specially designed seated chair.
Minimum of 3 people. £20 per person.
Seated Acupressure with a choice of hand massage or Indian Head massage - 30 Mins
20 minute seated acupressure massage with an additional 10 minute hand or Indian Head massage.
Minimum of 2 people. £30 per person.
Seated Acupressure with hand massage and Indian Head massage - 40 Mins
20 minute seated acupressure massage with an additional 10 minute hand massage as well as a 10 Indian Head massage.
